HEDRICK HOUSE
This 1860 Early Gothic Revival style house has been purchased by Steven McQuillin and is in the process of being rehabilitated into apartments. Situated in the northern end of downtown Mansfield, this unique building with its bargeboard trim and steeply pitched roofs has been abandoned for more than fifty years!
It is being renovated as part of a program to expand residential options in and around downtown Mansfield and to rescue threatened landmarks using state preservation tax credits. The project is expected to be completed in 2018.
