Associates

Mr. McQuillin has had many associates over the years, ranging from carpenters, research assistants, student interns, architects, and engineers.  They have helped on his own building renovation projects and on his tax credit and research projects.

Some of these associates have included the following: 

Kyle Clark has worked with Steve for more than a dozen years on construction projects in both Hayesville and Mansfield, Ohio.  Mr. Clark now works primary for a commercial construction firm but still helps manage Steve's projects.

Dante DiBenedetto has worked for Mr. McQuillin for more than 10 years and has served as summer preservation intern over these past few years.  He has a great interest in historic preservation and landscape architecture.

Tony DiBenedetto partners with Mr. DiBenedetto on development and real estate projects and has an extensive background in finance and real estate development.

Jacub Herrick has worked for Mr. McQuillin for 10 years and has special skills in landscaping and tree work.

Grayson Jarvis works for Mr. McQuillin on projects in both Hayesville and Mansfield, Ohio and likes landscaping/yard work.

The late Tom Stetak was a long-time associate and friend, working on Mr. McQuillin's projects in both Cleveland and Westlake, Ohio, plus sharing his interest in architecture and history.

Drew Rolik has worked with Mr. McQuillin for decades on research relating to tax credits and review and compliance projects.

Ryan Donohue helped Mr. McQuillin for more than 10 years on construction projects in Westlake, Ohio and on his two beach houses in North Carolina.

Ryan Nagel served as a preservation intern for a few years and traveled with Mr. McQuillin to Europe.  Mr. Nagel is currently an executive at a major Cleveland development firm specializing in preservation.

Lester Troyer has worked with Mr. McQuillin for over 12 years managing preservation projects and has great construction and carpentry skills.  Mr. Troyer and is son-in-law, Neal Miller, crafted the interior finishings at Vermillion Institute as well as other projects in both Hayesville and Mansfield, Ohio.
